Ghosts Lose Again, 6-3, to Loons
|
Starting pitcher Martyn Drdio pitched well enough to help the Minnesota Loons beat the Casper Ghosts by the score of 6-3. The save went to Ainanani Oliwa, his 6th this season. Minnesota has run its win streak to 4 in a row.
Minnesota third baseman Igme Samson went deep in the bottom of the third. His 2-run home run off Casper pitcher Jorge Oyas put the Loons in front, 2-0. It was his 5th home run of the season.
"We did a lot of things right," said Samson.
