It was a good time at Sonics Ballpark, where fans came to watch the Casper Ghosts and Atlantic City Sonics get after it.
The Atlantic City Sonics picked up a win at Sonics Ballpark, knocking off the Casper Ghosts, 5-2. Starting pitcher Abakada Mana was an essential part of his team's success. The Sonics have an impressive 15-7 record.
Had Kendrick Drumgoole not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 3rd, Drumgoole hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 3-2, in favor of the Sonics.
"If I go out there and help the team win, that's all you can do," said Mana.
