A 4-RBI performance from center fielder Ramón Rodríguez, who is on pace to hit 21 home runs this season, led the Vancouver Grey Wolves to a 10-1 win over the Buckhead Bowties. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for Vancouver.

Vancouver relied on the hitting of Johan Kroening to pick up the win. The first baseman clubbed a solo home run in the top of the third inning to put the Grey Wolves on top, 2-0. For the game, Kroening had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"As well as we've been playing, I think we can play even better," said Vancouver manager David Krause.
