Longnecks Mow Down Supernovas, 12-1

It was a fun time at Lookouts Ballpark, where the Scranton Supernovas and Bloomington Longnecks tangled.
The Bloomington Longnecks got a stellar performance from pitcher Armando González, who handcuffed the Scranton offense en route to a 12-1 win at Lookouts Ballpark. González picked up the win for Bloomington, going 6 innings. He gave up no runs on 1 hits. He now sports a record of 5-4.
In the bottom of the fourth, with Bloomington leading 1-0, right fielder Kensaku Hatayama hit a run-scoring double. The hit came off Kent Horton and put the Longnecks ahead, 2-0.
"I tried to mix it up, keep them off balance," said González.
Bloomington is now riding a 3-game win streak.
