The New Orleans Voodoo downed the Boston Patriots, 9-2, at The Voodoo Lounge. Travis Towns led the way, going 2-for-2 for New Orleans. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for the Voodoo.

In the first inning, Towns had a 3-run home run for New Orleans. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the Voodoo on top, 7-0.

"The boys were really swinging the bats today," winning manager Chase Sims said.
