Hotspur U-21 Cut Down Chukars, 9-1
|
The Phoenix Hotspur U-21 topped the Idaho Falls Chukars, 9-1, with youngster Ronnie Wise playing a key role. Wise went 2-3 with 2 triples and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Hotspur U-21 in the win. The win gives the Hotspur U-21 a record of 4-5.
Early in the game, Wise had a 2-run triple for Phoenix. It was his 2nd triple of the season and put the Hotspur U-21 on top, 3-1.
