Divine Diablo helped his team muscle past the Montana Pandas, 6-3. In the game, the Hollywood catcher went 3 for 4 with a triple and 2 doubles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Hollywood starter Eddie Kop was credited with the win after throwing 93 pitches over 6 innings. His record now stands at 6-3. Earning his 7th save for Hollywood was WyDale Curry.
Diablo contributed a big hit, a 2-run triple, for Hollywood in the top of the third. With his team trailing 1-0, Diablo took a fastball from Kenny Beck and stroked the triple to right-center. His 2nd triple of the season allowed the Shredders to leap in front, 2-1.
Diablo told a Hollywood Herald reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
