The Texas Bronze Sox beat the Indianapolis Racers, 6-5 at Bronze Sox Park, in part due to first baseman Jayden Laming, who nabbed player of the game honors. He went 2 for 2 with 2 home runs and 2 walks, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2. Miguel Cervantes closed it out for his 18th save. Texas is now 63-28, 9˝ games up in the Silver AAA.

Laming had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the bottom of the sixth inning, when he drew a walk. The Bronze Sox went on to win.
