Benefiting from Bren Spillane's productive game, the Texas Bronze Sox downed the Alloway Halberds, 10-4. Spillane hit 2 home runs for the Bronze Sox. Texas's record now stands at 21-16, placing them third in the Silver AAA.

Breanainn Swartwood put Texas in front, 5-4, when he took Joel Farrell downtown. His 2-run home run came with one out in the bottom of the second. It was his 2nd home run of the season.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Spillane.
