The Chesapeake Continentals defeated the Lancaster Farmers, 11-10, at Chesapeake Grounds. Chesapeake catcher Yohann Serres was named player of the game for his superb performance. He was 1 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4. Chesapeake is now 28-45.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Chesapeake right fielder Shou-chien Luo, facing Cheung Wuying, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Continentals the 11-10 win.
