Continentals Continue Skid Thanks to Visscher, Thunder Hawks

Benefiting from an exceptional performance from Philip Visscher, the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks defeated the Chesapeake Continentals, 12-6. Visscher belted 2 home runs, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 5 for the Thunder Hawks. Chesapeake's current losing streak has reached 7 games.
Visscher had a key at-bat for Ft. Polk South early in the game. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a 2-run home run. It was his 10th home run of the season and gave Ft. Polk South an early 2-0 lead.
"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Visscher told the Ft. Polk South Gazette.
