The Biloxi Shuckers got a stellar performance from pitcher Augusto Cardona, who handcuffed the Lancaster offense en route to a 4-1 win at The Pizza Oven. With the win, Biloxi has a record of 23-27. Lancaster falls to 18-32.
Matsu Yoshida, who leads the SAA in stolen bases with 23, helped out the Biloxi cause in the bottom of the third inning with a run-scoring ground out. For the game, the center fielder was 2 for 4 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs.
