Thunder Hawks Come Back Late to Clip Rawhides
Theo Wrighton was instrumental in his team's 9-5 triumph over the Belvedere Park Rawhides. The third baseman went 2-3 with 2 singles and 2 walks, while scoring 2 runs for the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks. Losses have been few and far between for the Rawhides, who are now 7-3.

Ft. Polk South used a timely hit from Terry Kurucz to get the win. The center fielder delivered a bases-clearing triple in the top of the ninth inning to put the Thunder Hawks on top, 9-5. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"As well as we've been playing, I think we can play even better," said Ft. Polk South manager John Anderson.
