In a low-scoring tilt between the Tortolita Drummers and the Houston BC, Roy Alsobrook was the difference-maker. The Tortolita left-hander earned player of the game honors in the 3-2 win. Dave Seals finished the game for Tortolita and earned his 4th save.

Tortolita took the lead in the bottom of the eighth. With two out and a runner on 3rd, Armando Chamú stroked a run-scoring single to make it 3-2, Drummers.

"For the most part, I made good pitches when I needed to," said Alsobrook.
