3R's Best Player, González of Ballard Monday, July 30th, 2035 A red-hot bat made Alberto González the obvious choice for this week's M3L Rookie Player of the Week. The Ballard third baseman laid down some numbers that no one else could match, including a .526 average on 10 hits in 19 at-bats, 2 home runs, 5 RBIs, and 3 runs scored. Say no more ... he got the award. González has a .281 average and a .355 on-base percentage for the year. He has picked up 71 hits, 10 home runs and driven in 43 runs. |
