Franklin Ace Wins SR Pitcher of the Year Award Sunday, September 23rd, 2035 The 2035 USSL Rookie Pitcher of the Year Award has gone to Franklin Fire ace Jesús Cruz after a stellar 11-1 season. In 20 starts he piled up 149 innings, 181 strikeouts, 33 walks and a 2.05 ERA. Cruz held opposing hitters to a .202 batting average. Roger Edwards of the Ladue Rams finished second in voting, while Kun-young Cho of the Santa Fe Revolvers finished third. |
