Capital Hill Ace Wins PR Pitcher of the Year Award Saturday, September 22nd, 2035 The 2035 USPL Rookie Pitcher of the Year Award has gone to Capital Hill Interns ace Clarence Miller after a stellar 13-5 season. In 24 starts he piled up 169.1 innings, 194 strikeouts, 38 walks and a 3.08 ERA. Miller held opposing hitters to a .235 batting average. Hwa-pyung Yi of the Capital Hill Interns finished second in voting, while Jo Yamasaki of the Capital Hill Interns finished third. |
