van Heijbeeck Selected PAA Player of the Week Monday, September 3rd, 2035 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the USPL Double A, but last week Mario van Heijbeeck of the Lake Minnetonka Love Boats reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. van Heijbeeck rocked opposing pitching for a .524 average (11-for-21), 2 home runs and 4 RBIs to come away with the award. van Heijbeeck is currently batting .348 with 15 home runs and 71 RBIs. |
