Blanch Wins PAA Player of the Week Prize Monday, July 30th, 2035 19-year-old Seb Blanch made a few Biloxi headlines during this past week as the rookie designated hitter proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and USPL Double A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 10 hits in 21 at-bats to put up a .476 average. Blanch collected 1 home run, 5 RBIs and scored 4 runs. Blanch is batting at a .252 pace this season, picking up 26 hits in 103 at-bats with 2 home runs, 11 RBIs and 12 runs scored. |
