Prifti Rips Marquette for 5 Hits Friday, May 18th, 2035 Vinski Prifti put on a hitting clinic today as the Bethesda Atoms dumped the Marquette Miners 15-3 at Atoms Field. The Bethesda center fielder made Marquette defenders earn their pay, lashing Marquette pitching for 5 hits in 6 at-bats in the game. He told BNN reporters after the game that his strategy was "just hit it where they pitched it." "Too often I try too hard to pull the ball," Prifti said in his postgame press conference. "Today, I just went with the pitch." Vinski Prifti hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 2nd, hit a two-run single in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
