USSL Double A Announces August's Top Pitcher Saturday, September 1st, 2035 Valentin Calhamar hasn't been around the big leagues long enough to know that youngsters shouldn't be winning USSL Double A Pitcher of the Month. But when you put up numbers like his, you're going to get some notice. In August the Lannister United starter earned a 4-1 mark in 6 starts. He threw 44 innings, struck out 42 and compiled a solid 2.05 ERA. Calhamar has a 10-8 season record so far. In 21 starts, he has fanned 99 batters in 134.2 innings with a 3.61 ERA. |
