Castellanos Wins 3AA Best Player Award Monday, September 17th, 2035 So far in his young career, Félix Castellanos has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the M3L Double A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 24-year-old Billings Polar Bears left fielder hit at a torrid .467 clip as he collected 7 hits in 15 at-bats, 2 home runs, 7 RBIs and 4 runs scored. This year Castellanos has collected a .303 batting average to date with 119 hits in 393 at-bats, 70 RBIs, 13 home runs and scored 60 times. He has played in 100 games. |
