Yoshi Kouda Out for Season Friday, September 14th, 2035 A blow for Yoshi Kouda today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 7 months with a broken bone in the elbow. Kouda suffered the injury making a defensive play. Although officials from the Durham Rapiers are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Kouda's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. Kouda is hitting .308 this year with 1 home run and 14 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .362, 8 walks and scored 30 times. |
