Dansen Wins 3AA Best Player Award Monday, September 10th, 2035 So far in his young career, Jurg Dansen has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the M3L Double A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 24-year-old Virginia Beach Deuces catcher hit at a torrid .625 clip as he collected 10 hits in 16 at-bats, 1 home run, 5 RBIs and 5 runs scored. This year Dansen has collected a .287 batting average to date with 93 hits in 324 at-bats, 52 RBIs, 12 home runs and scored 53 times. He has played in 80 games. |
