Hops Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Thursday, August 30th, 2035 There might have been some flickers of hopes of a playoff berth at some point during the season, but those flickers have been snuffed out. The Yakima Hops were officially eliminated from playoff contention today. This is the club's 4th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2031. In the last 10 seasons, the Hops have missed the playoffs 7 times. In total, the Hops have missed the playoffs 16 times in their 20-year history. Yakima has won the 3L AA Championship 2 times in their history. |
