SAAA Honors Augusta Catcher Monday, September 17th, 2035 At the age of 26, Min-gook Ch'oe might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Augusta catcher put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .571 batting average. For his efforts Ch'oe collected the USSL Triple A Player of the Week Award. He racked up 8 hits in 14 at-bats, 2 home runs and 7 RBIs last week in 3 games. In 79 games Ch'oe is hitting .289 this season with 92 hits, 10 home runs, 59 RBIs, 29 walks, .348 OBP and has scored 46 runs. |
