Hit Streak Now at 20 for Seah Monday, July 9th, 2035 The Santa Barbara Golden Cranes fell to the Bakersfield Nobles in Jerome Grounds today, even as 28-year-old center fielder Jin-song Seah upped his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games. Seah finished with 1 hit in 4 at-bats, but could not stop the Golden Cranes from dropping the 4-0 decision. "Yeah, I kept my streak going, but it would have been better to come away with a win," said Seah. Jin-song Seah grounded out in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, grounded out in the 7th and singled in the 9th. In 46 games Seah is hitting .343 this season with 62 hits, 3 home runs, 17 RBIs, 6 walks, .368 OBP and has scored 28 runs. |
