Brooklyn No Match for Hunting

Echo Park Lakers fans were pleased to see so many goose eggs up on the scoreboard as Will Hunting blanked the Brooklyn Dodgers, 2-0 at LA Forum today. Hunting stopped them on 5 hits while walking 2 and striking out 7.
"Once he gets in a groove, he can be dynamite," Lakers skipper Jordan Calhoun said. "He was on top of his game in this one."
So far this year Hunting has made 20 starts, tossed 154.2 innings, struck out 121 batters and walked 45. His record is 10-5 with a 2.68 ERA and he has limited opposing teams to a .230 batting average.
