Mahusay Collects Player of the Week Award Monday, August 20th, 2035 24-year-old Onye Mahusay sent shock waves through United States Silver League last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the United States Silver League Player of the Week Award. A newcomer to the league, Mahusay made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .600 average, 9 hits in 15 at-bats, no home runs and 1 RBI. Where the Athletic Club KC shortstop goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but Mahusay certainly made his mark last week. Mahusay is hitting at a .275 mark this season. His stats show 4 home runs, 17 RBIs and 35 runs scored. He has played 82 games for the Athletic Club KC. |
