Vibes, Young Blank Chicago Friday, June 15th, 2035 It wasn't easy but the Rocky Mountain Vibes made it look that way. Starter Neil Young shut out the Chicago Tula despite having what he later called "sub-par" stuff, and the Rocky Mountain Vibes cruised to victory, 4-0. Young allowed only 4 hits and rang up 11 strikeouts but insisted later that he did not deserve primary credit for the win. "It didn't feel quite right today, but I got a lot of help to get through," he said. "I trusted my catcher and the guys behind me bailed me out more than once when I screwed up." So far this year Young has made 8 starts, tossed 51.2 innings, struck out 62 batters and walked 18. His record is 1-4 with a 3.48 ERA and he has limited opposing teams to a .231 batting average.
