SA Batter of the Month Honors to Trujillo Saturday, September 1st, 2035 Lorenzo Trujillo has a lot going for him. The Kennesaw first baseman just broke into the majors this year and now the USSL Single A has just picked him as its top hitter for August. In 16 games last month this outstanding rookie batted .357 with 8 home runs, 17 RBIs and 14 runs scored. On the season, Trujillo is batting .314 with 18 home runs and 44 RBIs. He has played in 55 games. |
