Juan Arellano Named Best 3A Batter in July Wednesday, August 1st, 2035 Juan Arellano may be much younger than other hitters in the M3L Single A, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in July to win the Batter of the Month award. The 23-year-old Alameda first baseman hit .342 with 7 home runs, 24 RBIs and 19 runs scored. In 69 games this season Arellano has compiled a .260 batting average with 66 hits and 11 home runs. He has also scored 36 times and knocked in 42 runs. |
