Portland Win United States Baseball Association Championship! Sunday, October 21st, 2035 The Portland Evergreens finished the year on a high note by winning the United States Baseball Association crown. The Evergreens claimed the trophy with a 6-0 victory over the Buckhead Bowties to take the series 4-1. The winning manager told reporters after the game, "I think the key to success in the playoffs is to get hot at the right time." Portland previously won its 8th league title to qualify for the overall crown. During the Premier League regular season, the Evergreens posted a record of 66-42 and wound up first in the standings.
