Cain Helps Northern Lions BC Run Win Streak to 3
|
Behind a solid performance from center fielder Gabe Cain, the Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC defeated the Richardson City Thundercats, 6-0. Cain was 2 for 4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice for the Northern Lions BC. Armando Marrero was the winning pitcher. Over 6.2 innings, he allowed no runs on 3 hits, with 5 walks and 5 strikeouts. Anatoly Ivanovich closed it out for his 10th save.
