Almost There: Buckhead On Cusp of R1 Triumph After 10-4 Win
Buckhead third baseman Yu-zeng Si was the key at 5 Paces Park today, being named player of the game as he powered the Bowties to victory in a critical Game of the Round 1. The Bowties took the 10-4 win over the Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC to seize a - lead in the best-of- series.

Buckhead took the lead with two out in the bottom of the first when Richard Jost stroked a 2-run home run. That made the score 2-0 in favor of Buckhead. For the day, Jost went 1-4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"We put it together today and came out with the win," Si said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
