The Buckhead Bowties have a critical edge over the Ft. Worth Cattlemen in the Round 1, thanks to the veteran bat of Mario Castillo.

Castillo, 33, put on a showcase performance at The Cattle Pen today, leading the Bowties to victory, 5-1, in a pivotal Game . Buckhead is now one game away from the United States Premier League Championship, leading the best-of- series by a margin of - . Ft. Worth will need to win both remaining games to advance.

Castillo had a big at-bat with the bases empty in the top of the fourth inning, when he hit a solo home run. The Bowties went on to win.

Castillo expressed little emotion after the game. "Every game we win now," he said, "is one less win we'll need to get in the end."
