The Capital Hill Interns and Fort Knox Centennial played an exciting game at Ballpark of Baxter.
Capital Hill starter Álex Ortíz pitched effectively against the Fort Knox Centennial at Ballpark of Baxter. The right-hander led his team to a 4-2 win. Ortíz got the win, improving to 6-4. He allowed 3 hits and walked 2 over 6 innings. Ortíz allowed 1 earned run.
Gilberto Ramírez helped his team jump on top from the get-go. His first time up in the top of the first, he cranked a 2-run home run to give Capital Hill a 2-0 lead.
