1837 BBC Use Late-Game Magic to Beat Northern Lions BC
The Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC got a superb performance from pitcher Jesús Vidro. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Houston. The 1837 BBC won the game, 4-2. In spite of the loss, Vidro was named the player of the game. He threw 6 innings allowing 1 run. Houston reliever José Ledezma picked up the win, upping his record to 2-0. Anatoly Ivanovich was saddled with the loss. Earning his 10th save of the year was Yoriyoshi Sugimoto.
