Leobardo belts 2 home runs, Fire Move to 37-21
The Franklin Fire topped the Tulsa Otters, 7-4, with youngster Ánibal Leobardo playing a key role. Leobardo slugged 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3 for the Fire in the win. Franklin starter Kohei Nishikawa was credited with the win after throwing 129 pitches over 7 innings. His record now stands at 6-3. Chun-yeong Byung-Ho picked up the save, his 9th.

Leobardo had a game-changing home run in the top of the seventh. On a 3-1 fastball from William Burkett, he banged a 2-run home run to right, giving the Fire a 6-4 lead. It was the 8th home run of the year for Leobardo.

"I was able to barrel up some pitches," said Leobardo.
