Fans who came to Torch Field watched the Mancelona Torch and the York Revolution fight to the finish.
Mancelona rode a fine outing from starter Enrique Cruz to victory over the York Revolution at Torch Field. The final score was 3-2. Marty McFly picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 2-2. Júlio Antunez was tagged with the loss.
Wen Chua was the walk-off hero for Mancelona. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Torch designated hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
"It was a solid team effort," said Cruz after the game.
Mancelona occupies 5th place in the Premier A at 48-45.
