South Beach Blaze starter Miguel Rodríguez was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Tennessee Smokies, 4-1. Rodríguez got the win, improving to 4-3. He allowed 4 hits and walked 3 over 7 innings. Rodríguez allowed 1 earned run. Carlos Cardoso, credited with the save, is now 8 for 8 in save opportunities.
