Williams Slugs Guzzlers to 13-3 Win
A 4-RBI performance from Bob Williams, who is tied for 5th in the PA in home runs with 8, helped the Galesburg Guzzlers beat the York Revolution, 13-3. Galesburg reliever Mike Murdock picked up the win, upping his record to 2-1. Michael Leonard shouldered the loss. Galesburg currently is in 6th place in the Premier A at 27-29.

Also making an impact was third baseman Pellervo Rintanen, who drilled a run-scoring single in the bottom of the second inning for the Guzzlers. For the game, Rintanen went 1 for 2, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Rintanen. "And not try to do too much."
