Benefiting from an exceptional performance from Del Truscott, the Kennesaw Jets defeated the Louisiana Dragoons, 8-4. Truscott was 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2 for the Jets. Al Gagne was the winner. Over 6.1 innings, he allowed 4 runs on 8 hits, with 5 walks and 5 strikeouts.
