Dragoons Get Past Syracuse for 4-3 Win
|
The Louisiana Dragoons picked up a win at Dragoons War Memorial Stadium, knocking off the Syracuse Storm, 4-3. Starting pitcher Ean Somoza was an essential part of his team's success. Louisiana now sits in 7th place in the Silver A at 23-32.
Roger Snodgrass, who was drafted in the three round of the 2034 draft, chipped in for Louisiana with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the ninth. For the game, the third baseman had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 runs batted in.
"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Somoza said after the game.
