Kreuze Dazzles in Louisiana Win
|
Louisiana right-hander Ed Kreuze pitched his team to victory over the Niagara Falls Expos at Dragoons War Memorial Stadium. The final score was 2-1. Edmond McCord earned the save for Louisiana, his 8th of the year. The Dragoons improved to 13-10.
The Expos had trouble solving Kreuze, who surrendered no earned runs on 3 hits over 7.2 innings.
"If we play well, we'll win our share of games," said Kreuze. "The only team that can beat us is us."
