|
The Yellowknife Dragonblood topped the Chicago Tula by the score of 5-3, with the biggest share of the credit going to designated hitter Dave Watts. Watts was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Dragonblood on the day. The Dragonblood have an impressive 15-6 record.
The most important at-bat for Yellowknife came in the top of the ninth inning. With two out, Ricardo Mireles reached on an error by the SS, driving in 1 run, putting Yellowknife up, 4-3.
