Ramblers Ballpark was the site for USSL Single A action featuring the Chicago Tula and Louisiana Dragoons.

The Louisiana Dragoons knocked off the Chicago Tula, 9-4, at Ramblers Ballpark. Hong-bo Zhui, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason Louisiana won. The shortstop went 3 for 5 with a triple and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 4. Ean Somoza picked up the win, improving his season record to 1-0. He struck out 7 in 6.1 innings.

Zhui had an important at-bat with the bases loaded in the top of the eighth, when he hit a bases-clearing triple. The Dragoons went on to win.

"The boys came out and just played their butts off," said Louisiana manager Santiago Vargas.

The win lifts Louisiana to a record of 2-0.
