Bulls Lose Again, 9-3, to Cauldrons
|
Hogsmeade designated hitter Ewan Manshert had a 4-RBI performance, which helped his team grab a 9-3 win over the Belleville Bulls. Maximiano Mealha got the win, improving to 3-1. He held the Bulls to 3 earned runs on 5 hits over 7 innings, while striking out 6 and walking 2. The Bulls, now 13-18, have lost 8 in a row.
Manshert had a key at-bat for Hogsmeade early in the game. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he hit a 2-run double. It was his 6th double of the season and gave Hogsmeade an early 2-0 lead.
