Grasshoppers Come Back Late to Top Ghosts
|
San Bernardino first baseman Jim MacRach had a 3-RBI performance, which helped his team grab a 4-2 win over the Casper Ghosts. San Bernardino now sits at 39-45, while Casper falls to 40-44.
MacRach had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the ninth. On a full count fastball from Geoffroy Cadaloba, he banged a 3-run home run to left-center, giving the Grasshoppers a 4-2 lead. It was the 14th home run of the year for MacRach.
"I felt we were ready to go," said San Bernardino manager Glenn Draper. "Our pregame was pretty good."
