Roy Burns knocked in 3 runs to help Reno beat San Bernardino, 7-1. The shortstop collected 1 single, 1 double, and 1 home run. Hans Rager picked up the save, his 12th.

Burns contributed when he hit a 2-run home run in the top of the sixth. Coming with two outs and a runner on 1st, the home run proved to be critical to helping Reno get the win.

"Some of the guys in here work hard, some of the guys just kind of fall out of bed and get it done. Whatever works I guess, we won this one," Burns told the Reno Citizen.

Reno is now 42-32, while San Bernardino is 33-41.
